Step-by-Step Application Process
Step 1 – Job Offer & Employer Sponsorship

Step 2 – Employer Applies for Work Permit
The employer submits documents to the MVD for your work permit approval. For HQS, approval is usually faster (14–30 days).
Step 3 – Receive Visa Invitation
